Post subject: | Errors when printing PDF with Xobjects |
I am creating a pdf, importing another pdf and placing it as an XPFform: XPdfForm ticketFile = XPdfForm.FromFile(masterFileX); recto.DrawImage(ticketFile, X, Y, masterfilesize.Width, masterfilesize.Height); I am placing several of the imported XForm on the page and repeating this for each page in the PDF. Like an imposition. It works fine, the only problem is when I try and print the files from Acrobat 7 they fail when RIPPED with: %%[Error: limit check : OffendingCommand gsave]%% I've tried with lots of different PDF's and it's always the same. I also tried changing the code so I was placing a TIFF rather than a PDF and i got the same result. I get the same error on the 3 different RIPs. If I import the file into Indesign and print from there it prints fine, so it seems to be some kind of incompatibilty with Acrobat (tried with acrobat 7 and acrobat reader 4). Any suggestions etc would be appreciated. Thanks. |
