Hi,

after I solved the problem described in http://forum.pdfsharp.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2304, I wanted to add a bookmark to the already existing bookmarks in the PDF (the PDF is linked in the post in the above link).

What I did in the above mentioned link was adding a "cover page" at the beginning of the document. But ideally I would also add a bookmark at root level to the existing bookmarks that refers to the added and now first page (so I don't want to replace the old bookmarks).

I have walked through the bookmarks example, but adding a new outline at root level seems to replace all the existing bookmarks.

Any idea what I could do?
