I am generating pdf contracts with signature lines at the end, and I want two columns of signature lines with text, followed by a blank line for someone to write or sign afterward. Is there any way to do this with MigraDoc?

Basically I want two columns, with different signature lines. I'd also like to have the blank lines justified to fill up the rest of the line so they line up on the right edge.

As an example, here is a screenshot from a word document.

Any suggestions?

Hi!

I'd use a bunch of tab stops to achieve this. I'd have all black lines start at the same left position (because it looks nicer IMHO and is easier to achieve).
You can set a line style for tab stops.

So it's like this (for one line):
<heading (optional)><invisible left-aligned tab stop><right-aligned tab stop with underline><invisible left-aligned tab stop><heading (optional)><invisible left-aligned tab stop><right-aligned tab stop with underline>

For the line with the bracketed text "(Title)" use same tab stop positions, but without underline.
