ASP .NET 4.0 and/or .NET 4.5 - are they supported by MigraDoc? If yes, which version should I use: GDI+ version or the WPF version?
I am planning to use MigraDoc on ASP.NET 4.0 on the server.

The GDI+ build may not work on the server, WPF build should work.
There shouldn't be problems with the ASP.NET version.
