I want to convert the pdf file to tiff. Is this possible using Migradoc?

This post shows how to convert pdf page to image. So, is it possible to convert pdf to png/tiff?

No, it does not.
This is not MigraDoc, this is PDFsharp.
The PDFsharp drawing routines can draw on PDF pages and they can draw on images. PDF or image are possible output formats, but PDF is not the input format.
