I have a PDF that is handed to me from another process (users have scanned paper documents into a photo copier) Can I use PDFSharp or MigraDoc to discover if one of the pages they have scanned into the copier is blank? We want to create a process where we purposely ask users to do this (scan a blank page) for the purpose of detecting the blank page and then splitting the document on that page. |

Scanning a blank page will probably create some noise (dust, paper structure, stains on the scanner, whatever). You have to develop code that tells empty pages (just noise) from useful content (maybe just a dot "."). OCR is beyond the scope of PDFsharp. |
