I have a valid PDF file, it can be opened with a number of different PDF viewers (Adobe, MS Edge, etc.). When I attempt to open it using PDFSharp I get the exception "Unexpected character '0xffff' in PDF stream. The file may be corrupted. If you think this is a bug in PDFsharp, please send us your PDF file.". Unfortunately, I cannot upload the PDF as it contains medical PHI data. I am using version 1.50.5147 (latest stable).

A valid file? Then we can close the case here.
We'll have a look when you submit a file.
