I'm going over annotations in some PDF file.

The PDF file itself seems to have some bug/mistake, where one of the /Annot is not referenced in the page that I expect it to be in (in fact, it is not referenced anywhere). However, it is still defined.

Is there any way to still get access to it using PDFsharp? Or does PDFsharp only hold referenced items? (the latter would seem logical to me, but I'm just making sure if I can possibly still do this)

There are different modes you can specify on Open. I think the Import mode will open the file with all objects and without renumbering them.
