When creating .pdf reports, sometimes the files will be renamed from the expected name to something like "Acr####.pdf", where #### is a random string of numbers. A few times it has appended that string to the end of the regular filename, changing it from something like "Mailer_Reports.pdf" to "Mailer_Reports.pdf1_Temp_Acr####.pdf". Obviously, my first guess is that this is some temp file used in creation. But it seems to happen randomly, when the same files are created a second time they will not repeat the problem and I have not as of yet been able to find where that file would be created.

I have looked through the documentation and forums, but have not found anything to help. Any suggestions of what could cause this, or how to fix would be welcome.

Thanks
