Good morning.

I do not understand anything in the other threads which reference this field 'xref' and just report, that Ghostscript is not content with the file-format that PDFsharp produces. Here is the message:

Quote:
GPL Ghostscript 9.16 (2015-03-30)
Copyright (C) 2015 Artifex Software, Inc. All rights reserved.
This software comes with NO WARRANTY: see the file PUBLIC for details.
**** Warning: File has an invalid xref entry: 50. Rebuilding xref table.
Processing pages 1 through 2.

**** This file had errors that were repaired or ignored.
**** The file was produced by:
**** >>>> PDFsharp 1.31.1789-g (http://www.pdfsharp.com) <<<<
**** Please notify the author of the software that produced this
**** file that it does not conform to Adobe's published PDF
**** specification.

And that would be it. I am not using your software but tend to receive files that are created this way. It appears that the users of PDF-generating software are almost never aware of these faults. Most come from Photoshop and similar, but as I found your forum, I thought you should know.

I wish you all a happy new year and say bye.

Hi!

Thanks for the feedback. But without the PDF file we won't be able to do anything about the problem.

Happy new year to you and everybody else.
