I have an issue with a PDF generated by PDFsharp 1.50.5147. Okular complains about errors. Unfortunately, the PDF has private information and can't be shared. I've tried removing the private content with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v2021.007.20095, but after saving it as a new file there are no such errors anymore.

The issue has been file here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=445068

If I could contact pdfsharp support I could send the pdf file privately for review, but I am almost 100% sure that the proprietary software is generating inconsistent pdfs.

The screen shots do not show what the error is.
Where did the PDF come from?
Is it possible that the PDF file has been modified by another tool that did not update the meta data?

It's best to use the Issue Submission Template to provide code that allows us to replicate the issue.

The PDF is generated by a public institution. Do you offer private support for this?

Contact empira first: http://pdfsharp.net/Purchase.ashx
I might be able to help if empira is not interested.

Anyway: Much more information will be needed. We must understand what is corrupt and we need code that produces a corrupt PDF.

The code that produces such pdf is proprietary and not subject to distribution to any third party.

The PDF source code is open source, so you got everything you need to fix it.
If you cannot share code that replicates the issue, then fixing it will be nearly impossible.

I don't know if just the PDF without any code will be sufficient to investigate the issue.
Do you have the program that creates the PDF? Or did you get the PDF from a third party?
Is it certain that the corrupt PDF was created by PDFsharp and was not processed by any tool after creation?
And what is the corruption of the PDF?
The "issue" is clear as mud.
